The German IT magazine Computerwoche invited several experts to a roundtable. It turned out to be an exciting discussion about the impact of the cloud on managed services and the future of the industry.
I was happy to accept Computerwoche's invitation to the virtual roundtable on managed services. After all, the discussion about the role of providers is very exciting given the multitude of cloud offerings. IT service by the book can no longer be an option for managed service providers today, because customers demand more advice and flexibility.
